This premium giclée print, an upgrade from the standard giclée print, is produced on thick (310 gsm), textured watercolor paper with the same vivid colors, accuracy, and exceptional resolution giclée prints are known for. The standard for museums and galleries around the world, giclée is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are “sprayed” onto a high-quality paper. The smooth transitions of color gradients make giclée prints appear much more realistic than other prints.

About Gustav Klimt: Austrian iconoclast Gustav Klimt (1862 – 1918) triumphed over childhood poverty to significantly influence the Viennese Secession and Art Nouveau movement. Klimt’s elaborate, explicitly sensual works expressed themes of regeneration, love and death, and incorporated Egyptian, Classical Greek, Byzantine and Medieval styles. Klimt also utilized symbols representing art’s liberation from traditional culture. Laying the groundwork for Art Deco and Modernism, Klimt’s creative influence can still be seen in today’s art, decorations and jewelry.
